Lauren Veasey (she/her) is a granddaughter, mindfulness practioner, and weaver of abundance. Born and raised in California, with deep Southern Roots, Lauren is committed to honoring family, culture, and restoring balance of social & economic systems.

She is a bridge-builder, bringing worlds together. Her work operates from a heart-centered approach, supporting the collective internal work needed to sustain the external work.

With over 20 years of experience in racial justice advocacy, community building, leadership development, research & policy, and philanthropy, Lauren brings a deep commitment to collective healing and liberation.
