We are recruiting top creative agencies to be matched with our entrepreneurs for short term engagements that will result in mutual brand amplification and social impact.

Qualifying agencies will:
Respect and align with RUNWAY’s values*
Offer high-quality services and customer care at no cost (or low cost) to our Black entrepreneurs
Be available to support entrepreneurs Summer 2021 / Early Fall 2021
Demonstrate visible commitment to racial justice and diversity within their organization
Be able to take on more than one business as a client (ideal, but not required)

How It Works:
All interested agencies will receive an invite to our Glow-Up Info Session for a chance to ask questions and learn about RUNWAY and our entrepreneurs.
Interested agencies will have one-on-one calls to ensure right relationship alignment.
Upon agreement of work, each creative agency will be paired with a RUNWAY business for a 3-to-4 month pro bono engagement this summer/fall and tasked to support them in a high impact area of need.
We are looking for conscious creative agencies who specialize in B2B and/or B2C with expertise in digital marketing, branding, public relations and/or social media marketing.
We will prioritize partnerships with creative agencies that demonstrate their ability, humility and willingness to be in right relationship with RUNWAY.

Why the Glow-Up?
The global pandemic devastated many small businesses, however, 41% of Black businesses were eliminated due to being historically under-capitalized and having less access to relief funds when compared to white-owned businesses. After disbursing two rounds of UBI payments, we asked our entrepreneurs how we could further support them and they overwhelmingly identified marketing and branding support. The need to strengthen their digital presence and reach their target customers more effectively is stronger than ever.
We are seeking like-minded partners that want to see Black-owned businesses succeed. By leveraging marketing partnerships, we will support sustainable growth, job creation, and community wealth creation for RUNWAY businesses.
